The Moxie Awards honor women in tech who drive impact across their companies, communities, and the industry. Since launching in 2021, the awards have received over 2,000 nominations and are judged by a panel of accomplished female tech leaders. Designed to celebrate contributions at every career stage, the Moxie Awards create space for recognition, inspiration, and visibility.

We explored ways to bring the Moxie Awards to life through mood boards and playful iterations. Each idea was tested against the campaign’s core values and company goals, resulting in concepts that feel bold, authentic, and unmistakably Built In.
